HOW DOES CUSTOMIZATION WORK?

Every graphic on our website is available to be customized in your team colors, and with your logo.  Simply send us your logo + colors — and any sponsor logos that you want us to include.  Our designers render that animation with your colors and settings!

WHAT DOES CUSTOMIZATION COST?

The prices listed on the website INCLUDE customization and colorizing the animation to your colors and logo.

TECHNICAL SPECS

When you are ready to place an order, simply jump on a quick phone call with one of our Gameday Experts and run through a checklist of technical specs. We have done thousands of graphics from coast-to-coast, for practically every type of playback equipment.

PAYMENT / TERMS

Our terms are COD.  All graphics must be paid for in full for delivery. We offer multiple payment methods for Platinum clients:

• 50% DOWN (due upon signup)
• 50% SEASON MID-POINT

100 PLATINUM CREDITS/HOURS

As a platinum customer, our goal is to take care of you throughout the season.

Each platinum customer account comes with 100 production hours/credits.

While this is not an “unlimited” package, we do want to make sure you have everything needed for gameday. 

HOW DO I ORDER?

STEP 1 – Give us a call / email to get your account started, so we’re ready to roll.

STEP 2 – Send us your logo + colors

STEP 3 – We connect you with a Gameday Expert that will be with you every step of the way to help create custom elements for you!

HOW ARE GRAPHICS DELIVERED?

We can use whatever file-sharing method you prefer, but we typically use Dropbox.

All graphics must be paid in full up front for delivery.
